EPAMOULD 164 A 56

EPAMOULD 164 A 56 is a plasticized, polyester based thermoplastic polyurethane based, with good flexibility, excellent bond strength, good physical properties, improved hydrolysis resistance, resistance to oils and greases, perfect adhesion with most PU systems and very short cycle times
We recommend using EPAMOULD 164 A 56 for injection molding processes, such as production of technical parts and footwear components. .

Material preparation

EPAMOULD 164 A 56 is hygroscopic and therefore has to be dried before use. The recommended drying conditions are 2-3 hours at 160 - 180°F in a desiccant dryer.
