EPAMOULD 745 D 35 is a polyether based thermoplastic polyurethane, with excellent physical and mechanical properties, flexibility at low temperature, good transparency, high crystallisation rate and superior resistance to hydrolysis and microbial attack
We recommend using EPAMOULD 745 D 35 for injection molding processes, such as production of technical parts. .

Material preparation

EPAMOULD 745 D 35 is hygroscopic and therefore has to be dried before use. The recommended drying conditions are 2-3 hours at 210 - 230°F in a desiccant dryer.
