EPALINE 786 A 45 10 W M DP

EPALINE 786 A 45 10 W M DP is a halogen-free flame retardant polyether based thermoplastic polyurethane, with excellent physical and mechanical properties, superior resistance to hydrolysis and microbial attack, very good low temperature flexibility and matt surface.
We recommend using EPALINE 786 A 45 10 W M DP in extrusion processes, such as production of cables and profiles. It can also be used for injection molding.

Material preparation

EPALINE 786 A 45 10 W M DP is hygroscopic and therefore has to be dried before use. The recommended drying conditions are 2-3 hours at 70 - 80°C in a desiccant dryer.
