EPAMOULD 745 D 15 AU DPV1

EPAMOULD 745 D 15 AU DPV1 is a polyether based thermoplastic polyurethane, with excellent physical and mechanical properties, flexibility at low temperature, superior resistance to hydrolysis and microbial attack and enhanced protection against effects of UV-rays.
We recommend using EPAMOULD 745 D 15 AU DPV1 for injection molding processes, such as production of technical parts.

Material preparation

EPAMOULD 745 D 15 AU DPV1 is hygroscopic and therefore has to be dried before use. The recommended drying conditions are 2-3 hours at 100 - 110°C in a desiccant dryer.
