EPALINE 389 A 55 25 AU HS DP V1

EPALINE 389 A 55 25 AU HS DP V1 is a polyester based thermoplastic polyurethane with excellent physical and mechanical properties, wear resistance, improved hydrolysis resistance, resistance to oils and greases and enhanced protection against effects of UV-rays.
We recommend using EPALINE 389 A 55 25 AU HS DP V1 in extrusion processes, such as production of hoses, flexible tubes and 3D filaments. It can also be used for injection molding.

Material preparation

EPALINE 389 A 55 25 AU HS DP V1 is hygroscopic and therefore has to be dried before use. The recommended drying conditions are 2-3 hours at 90 - 100°C in a desiccant dryer.
