EPAMOULD 164 A 56 V4OP is a plasticized, polyester based antistatic thermoplastic polyurethane, with good physical properties, resistance to oils and greases and perfect adhesion with most PU systems.
We recommend using EPAMOULD 164 A 56 V4OP for injection molding processes, such as production of footwear components and technical parts.

Material preparation

EPAMOULD 164 A 56 V4OP is hygroscopic and therefore has to be dried before use. The recommended drying conditions are 2-3 hours at 60 - 70°C in a desiccant dryer.
