EPAMOULD 265 A 56

EPAMOULD 265 A 56 is a plasticized, polyester based thermoplastic polyurethane based, with excellent physical and mechanical properties, resistance to oils and greases, improved hydrolysis resistance, very high crystallisation rate and very good wear resistance.
We recommend using EPAMOULD 265 A 56 for injection molding processes, such as production of technical parts.

Material preparation

EPAMOULD 265 A 56 is hygroscopic and therefore has to be dried before use. The recommended drying conditions are 2-3 hours at 60 - 70°C in a desiccant dryer.
