EPAMOULD 65 HS

EPAMOULD 65 HS is a plasticized, polyester based thermoplastic polyurethane based, with excellent physical and mechanical properties, very good wear resistance, resistance to oils and greases, improved hydrolysis resistance and good transparency.
We recommend using EPAMOULD 65 HS for injection molding processes, such as production of footwear components and technical parts.

They are not intended for use in establishing maxiumum, minimum or range of values for specification purpose.

Material preparation

EPAMOULD 65 HS is hygroscopic and therefore has to be dried before use. The recommended drying conditions are 2-3 hours at 60 - 70°C in a desiccant dryer.
