EPAMOULD 755 D 35

EPAMOULD 755 D 35 is a polyether based thermoplastic polyurethane, with good transparency, superior resistance to hydrolysis and microbial attack, excellent physical and mechanical properties, high crystallisation rate and flexibility at low temperature.
We recommend using EPAMOULD 755 D 35 for injection molding processes, such as production of technical parts.

They are not intended for use in establishing maxiumum, minimum or range of values for specification purpose.

Material preparation

EPAMOULD 755 D 35 is hygroscopic and therefore has to be dried before use. The recommended drying conditions are 2-3 hours at 100 - 110°C in a desiccant dryer.
