EPAMOULD 80 HS

EPAMOULD 80 HS is a polyester based thermoplastic polyurethane with excellent physical and mechanical properties, very good wear resistance, resistance to oils and greases, improved hydrolysis resistance and good transparency.
We recommend using EPAMOULD 80 HS for injection molding processes, such as production of footwear components and technical parts.

Material preparation

EPAMOULD 80 HS is hygroscopic and therefore has to be dried before use. The recommended drying conditions are 2-3 hours at 70 - 80°C in a desiccant dryer.
